A 7 event Festival that takes on both online and in person events. There will be 6 screenings that take place, one day for each category,  with the judge of that category present to make commentary on the films being featured (the nominees + 2 honourable mentions) as well as give insight/Q&A on their topic.

 

The screening is how we announce the nominees. This gives a space for newer industry personnel, students, or just general film buffs to learn more about all the specifics of each category.

 

The last event is the awards gala where we roll out the red carpet and come in our absolute best dress. We celebrate the talent and hard work of our film makers with an opening reception with food and drink. A sit down ceremony follows where we announce a winner for each category.

 

The final announcement of the best overall short film, selected from our 6 category winners, concludes the ceremony and an afterparty follows to give a networking opportunity between our judges and attendees.
